Project management – Factory and Site – SPM – (PM’s only from EMS industry especially PM from mobile manufacturing companies
Exp: 10 to 15 years | Edu: BE or B tech (mech / ele)
- Has Knowledge on NPI and handled chines customers
- Coordinate with site project management person for update
- Additional advantage if he/she know chines language to speak with customer
JD:
- Ensuring Projects to Be Completed within Allocated time during the Line Bring up (Commissioning)
- • Make micro schedule and Collect and maintain DFM and Machine Supporting Documents.
- • Ensure Proper Project Planning ,Risk management and Responsible for Machine Health Checkup, Machine Working Functions From the Shipment to CM Site Reaching time.
- • Attend Daily Meeting With Customer give Proper Failure Analysis Reports with 4M (Man, Machine, Material and Method) Strategy.
- • Manage OSS Engineers Attendance and Individual Performance Tracking.
- • Maintain the Machine Down time and Tracking Record on Daily Basis.
- • Maintain the Spare Parts with part number
- • Proactively preparing the Spare Requirements.
- • Responsible for Maintaining the Spares DC Document , Spare Lifetime Cycle Record.
- • Responsible For Site Engineers Skill Matrix and Monitor and Improve their Skills.
- • Responsible For On time Machine maintenance and Working With Team Coordination.
- • Ability to Work on High Pressure Situation with Flexible timings.
- • Proper Communication in between Automation Engineering management team with Customers

Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
